The Services are intended to assist, not replace, licensed real estate professionals.


2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the authority to bind the business you represent

  • You will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations


3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information for AI configuration

  • Ensure that all scripts, workflows, and responses comply with real estate, advertising, and consumer protection laws

  • Obtain all required consents from callers, leads, or contacts before engaging them via voice or text

  • Use the Services ethically and lawfully

You are solely responsible for how the Services are deployed and used in your business.


4. No Legal or Professional Advice

The Services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
All information collected or conveyed by the AI agent is for informational purposes only.

Clients remain fully responsible for:

  • Pricing guidance

  • Contractual discussions

  • Compliance with licensing requirements


5. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect privacy and data security.

6. A2P Messaging & Communication Compliance

If you use our Services for SMS or MMS communications:

  • You must comply with all A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CTIA, and carrier regulations

  • You must obtain express consent from recipients before messaging

  • Opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) must be honored

  • We reserve the right to suspend messaging services for violations

We are not responsible for penalties resulting from improper use of messaging features.


7. Data Accuracy & AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate or complete

  • AI behavior is based on configured data and training inputs

  • Errors, misunderstandings, or misinterpretations may occur

You agree to regularly review AI performance and outputs.


8. Payment & Billing

  • Fees are billed according to your selected plan

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.


9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Intellectual Property
